I have used this location various times. With some experiences being better than others. As of recently the quality has plummeted. 4 times in a row, my order was delivered with no care. The boxes are dented, thus having the entire pizza stuck to the top. Forget about calling in a complaint/order, because they never answer the phones. I understand if they might be understaffed, but at the least put some care into delivering bare minimum customer service.

I love pizza. I’ve had expensive, gourmet pizzas to frozen pizzas that I cook at home. I like them all. However, when it comes to ordering pizza for a group or for dinner, I almost always go with Domino’s. You cannot beat their specials, the choice of crusts, sauces, and toppings. (You can get extra sauce on your pizza for Free) The website is super easy to use, the pizzas are ready quickly (love the tracker), they have always been correct, and the staff is friendly. And the rewards program is great.

I wouldnt even give them half a star to be honest. I was very unhappy. I ordered 2 pizzas and some cheesy bread at 1045 pm and asked for delivery. I watched it on the tracker when placed order. My order was ready at 11:03 pm. My delivery driver didnt leave the dominoes on S. Main St. In High Point with my order until 1230 a.m. I live less than 4 miles from this dominoes. I didnt receive my order until 1:30 am. Mind you, i had to work in a few hours. Very livid and angry. Will NEVER order from there again.

The manager Chris davis is trash! he is rude, disrespectful, has absolutely no customer service skills! the workers are rude! this big back heffa drops my sauce on the ground and actually tried to hand it to me! they don’t go by the 2minute free pizza rule!!! stopped the time at 1:08 and when I confronted them about it, they shunned it off! Order #635 and I have to say I am not impressed , let me start of by saying I have never been more upset with a delivery person in my life , he came to my door stomping his foot and when I opened the door with a smile and said hi he smacked his lips together , I could tell he was having a really bad day so I told him thank you very sweetly he just “ okay “ and when I was like umm alright then he turned around like he was ready to fight me and was like “ what was that huh “ I told all I said was thank you , and he popped the biggest attitude and told me he said ok . I don’t eat pizza very often but the sheer fear as a woman I felt from this man has made me never want to order from here again . Lucky for me my husband was watching it all go down on our ring camera and was prepared to call the police , I never thought I would feel like my safety was at risk from a delivery person 🙁
