Not good store. We stopped for a quick refreshment and received some bad order back. Restroom was clean , location slightly not easy to access from other side of parkway road but it is in good spot. We ordered for hot cappuccino and we received a very mild , not tasty , upper side of the sweet. This is for all 3 orders we gave??. It is bad that we did not get even close to what we expected for a standard in other good Dunkin location. Staffs were not rude or friendly. We received the orders quickly and store was not even crowded when we stopped.

This was our first time stopping there and it will be our last. I love Dunkin but this location was so unorganized and we waited 30+ minutes for our food that we never got. We didn’t get back our money either. We got called up twice, just for them to tell us that our food was not ready. They didn’t serve customers in order. Food bags were all over the counter and no one was passing them out (only drinks). Manager was non-existent.

This is pur second time going to this location. The first time both of our orders were wrong..if something is out of stock you should tell the customer that before they pay for it. The second time both of the frozen coffees were wrong we did mobile orders and they weren’t put where they should’ve been instead they were behind the counter so we waited for 15 minutes on drinks that were ready.

Went in for breakfast and the chai tea that I ordered came out as basically a frosty cup of sweetened almond milk. When I asked for more chai syrup the guy gave me back the same drink with zero changes to it TWICE and he had this weird look on his face as if he was wondering if i would notice. I finally got a better drink but it was such a weird encounter and I’m not a fan. This Dunkin’ should really step up its game especially since it’s one of the busiest ones in the area.

My drink was sitting at the window, but the worker was too busy talking on their cell phone to take my money so I could pay and leave. When I I got her attention to try to pay, she still continued to talk on her cell phone while she took my money and of course never said sorry, and looked at me like it was my fault for rushing her.

4/17/23 Run far away. go to Panaera!!!! the guy with the beard- if he’s working- don’t order. i order bagel with sausage. Got bagel with no sausage. Ordered avocado toast, with bacon and tomato but only put tomato. When I called him out on it, he ran to the back of the of the counter so I couldn’t see him. then put micro tiny scraps of bacon but sure charged me full price! this has happened at least 8 times. I am not going back to this location ! save your pennies unless you’re ordering plain coffee and I’m sure it’s old used garbage from yesterday’s coffee. Don’t go here. zero integrity! these are not mistakes- it’s done deliberately
