I really wanted to like this place. A spin off of Benihana. So cool. The service was great. The sauce was really salty and the weird thing is that we had three different tasting sauces. The food was bland so you had to have it with the salty sauce. The price was a little too high. At least at other teppan yaki restaurants there is a chef that makes a volcano in front of your eyes. They also come with soup and salad. This one has no show. The shrimp tasted ok. The lobster isnt worth it. I was really excited for this place but fell a little short. The pee on the bathroom seats didnt help. I will say the service was really good and I enjoyed the music that they played.

Right when I walked in I greeted with a Welcome!! So refreshing to have people speak to you. The food was absolutely amazing and fresh, the beef in particular was SO tender. The portions are large so you will have some for lunch the next day. I highly recommend the food!!

Hands down one of my go to spots to eat especially when I have a big appetite. The owner is usually in one of his 3 locations he is so humble and down to earth super professional such a hustler but besides the great locations the food speaks for itself the have great customer service and plenty of protein options as well as some vegetarian choices. I recommend anything and every thing on the menu even the Agua Fresca is delicious. They always make us feel like valued customers I recommend this to everyone from the veggies to the tuna steak garlic noodles and rice chicken and shrimp always cooked to perfection… pick up and catering options as well as dining in

Excellent food, very close to the same as Benihana but in a close neighborhood. The $10 bowls are a great deal. I have ordered chicken fried rice twice now and came home to find only fried rice, no chicken. Not a big deal only a $ difference. Ratings would be 5 stars if I had gotten my correct chicken fried rice, twice now. Check your food before you leave just in case

Ok – It’s simple! Take the greatest Japanese BBQ restaurant you’ve ever been to, then add the chillest Mexican food joint that you and all your buddies freaking love, and toss in 5-Star quality flavor and skill… and you get Mexihana! Geez!!! We weren’t at all prepared for how incredible this food would be. The owner was one of the coolest cats we ever met, and we are DEFINITELY going back for more soon! My son in law had been wanting to take me here for a long time now. We went to one but we had to wait for half an hour because they were doing some catering. A little confused but I guess they did not have enough people to cook or serve, something. We went to their next store and we could not eat there since they were putting the benches away. Delicious, healthy food at a nice price. I had the chicken rice bowl. It is very, very tasty. The serving size was just right for me to feel completely satisfied, but not stuffed. Two sauces come with the rice bowl, each one is delicious — I couldn’t decide which sauce I liked better.

They are super friendly and answer any questions you may have. They give you good suggestions. Now the food. It’s delicious!!!! It will leave your tummy satisfied and you will be glad you tried it.
