The chips here are awful. Wrap City prides themselves on their homemade potato chips and at one time they were amazing! So tastey, flavorful, looked appealing and I used to always recommend to family and friends. Lately (last 6 months or so) the chips have been awful. So dark they’re basically black, they have a nasty burnt taste. The wraps are always good, that’s not my issue they have always been consistent in that area but the chips….. are terrible. For a place that mostly prides themselves on the chips, consider a different side please or go back to your factory where you make them and do better quality control. I really hope the owner sees this and makes a change. The only reason it got two stars is because the wraps are good.

Probably my go to spot for a sandwich in the area. I love the chips they serve, the sandwiches are great, I think the prices are on the border of being expensive, but overall worth the treat every now and then. I also like the outdoor seating. The indoor seating is pretty poor to be honest.

Ordered from wrap city today and there was an order mix up, newly gluten free and anxious I went and spoke to manager Casey. This you man is exactly the manager you want as a face of the business. Quick, understanding and kind. Brought out the sauce used to let me know there isn’t any gluten in it. Definitely a man of the people 10/10

Employee was very rude. The website messed up the location of the order(which the employees said happens all the time). Sent the order to the wrong location. We had to call the other location to get a refund in Derry and they were very unfriendly and rude handling the mistake. The location we wanted to pick up from said they couldn’t make our sandwiches since they cleaned the grills already(an hour before closing). So why even stay open if you can’t make the food on your menu. We ended up not getting any food, and will not order from any Wrap City again.

Today was my first time visiting Wrap City. I got the Plymouth County wrap which comes warm and toasted. It tasted like Thanksgiving all wrapped up and it was freakin delicious!! I noticed people were coming in to buy their house chips. I wish I had purchased a bag before leaving cause they’re amazing! They are salty but with a slightly sugary taste. Can’t wait to visit again!

Walked in to an empty front end. We could see at least 2 people leaning on the counter in the back on their phones but it took more than a couple of minutes before someone came to the front. Once we ordered at least 4 people were back there standing around while one made our sandwiches. I ordered the tuna wrap without tomato. It came with no bacon (which the menu says it is supposed to have) and very obviously was made with tomatoes which they then picked off (not all of them) so there was tomato guts all over my tuna, which was also extremely dry. I will not go there again!

Came in for my first time at this location and I was greeted by a cashier who seemed remarkably unhappy to be helping me. I ordered a blue ribbon sandwich. I asked for a couple of substitutions, one of which was to remove ham and replaced it with turkey. When I received my sandwich there was ham on it. And after they “fixed” my sandwich, I go sit down again and it’s just a turkey and cheese wrap, no crispy chicken like the sandwich I had ordered. While I understand that making substitutions isn’t ideal for the staff, my partner and I tipped very generously in consideration of this. Service was not great, my sandwich was super dry as the final product was missing the honey mustard sauce and obviously they need a better system for putting in substitutions if they have to remake someone’s sandwich twice. Overall, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning back to wrap city.
