One of my top pizza places ever. They have the perfect relationship between crunchy and buttery softness in their dough. The sauce is also fantastic. Slightly sweet and big tomato flavor. You can’t go wrong with the deep dish square for that world class Detroit Style pizza!!

I am very displeased with my pizza, please give me refund for delete this review. Square cut is NOT OKAY!!!!! I ask for circular pizza, man says yes you can do that”, I give him $2 tip then next thing you see, I get home Swuare pizza. I ordered in July 6th 2021 and still no help from store. Eat at this place if you like eating pizza you don’t ordered. (Sorry for bad English)

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery and I was very disappointed with the service. The pizza was a mess it looked under cooked. It wasn’t cut well and it would fall apart when you picked it up. Also when I ordered the price that was quoted was cheaper then the actual bill. I understand the charges but it wasn’t advertised as such when I placed the order. I called the store and the manager just said they couldn’t do anything for us then hung up. I have ordered from there before and everything has been fine, but after this I wouldn’t order from there again.

STELLAR customer service! I’m a jets regular & this location is seriously great. I typically go to jets on Baldwin, however we’ve been having a hard time getting through to them, even though we live a block away… The employee working here was super polite over the phone, took my order and had our food ready by the time we arrived. Keep in mind this was 15min before closing and delivery wasn’t an option since we live closer to a different location. Either way I didn’t care I’m just hungry at this point. This employee greeted me once I arrived, he was wearing a mask & just made my first experience here very delightful. This was on Thursday 9/10 at 9:45pm, and thank you to that employee for making it a great experience. I’ll be visiting this location over the other one closer to my house just because of his customer service, ohhh & did I mention

I love Jets, especially for the deep dish Turbo crust. It’s why we’ll splurge for a more expensive pizza. So it’s disappointing when I get home and realize they forgot the Turbo crust….didn’t leave much room for any crust this time and forgot the marinara. I didn’t even have a complicated order and it was texted in and verified so I know it was written down correctly. Could be better.
