I came in right before close on 2/2/23 and unfortunately I dont know the young lady’s name that was working but she was wonderful. Not only was she super sweet, she literally made the best Mocha Cookie Crumble I’ve ever had! I hope she gets recognized & rewarded for her customer service and skill! She deserves it!

If you can get coffee somewhere else, do it. This place is terrible. Very unclean. Reusing dirty rags to wipe their steamer nozzle. Only one person making drinks with very poor quality. Dropping spoons on the ground, rinsing ( not washing!) and then reusing. I ordered a chai tea latte with espresso shot and got straight foam milk. If there was any chai or espresso in it, I can’t taste it. Just straight milk.

All Kroger Starbucks are always sold out of something more often than the stand-alone stores, and staff turnover is crazy so the poor workers are always slammed. The lines are ridiculous. The service was OK at first, but they got the drink order wrong and got an attitude when I corrected it. If you’re in a hurry or craving a certain item, forget about it.

FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went to the Starbucks inside of the Kroger on N Decatur Rd today. There’s a big sign in front that says “no hot drinks”. I got to the counter and ordered a “PINK DRINK” the young lady at the counter starts to laugh. After an awkward silence she asks “did you say cappuccino?” Now why I order that when there’s a big sign that says NO HOT DRINKS?? I then repeated “PINK DRINK” again, paid and even put a dollar in the tip jar. These girls are clearly still in high school so they could use the extra money. I get to the end and the other young lady puts my drink down and stands with her arms folded and said “her arms are long enough” I grabbed my drink and took my dollar back out the jar. Absolutely terrible service!!! But what you do expect from a bunch high school kids. Judging from the previous negative reviews, it looks like management is aware and ignoring their staffing issues.
