On Saturday afternoon (11:44am) we placed our order and it was out for delivery just after 12pm, we did not get our meal until nearly 1:15pm. How does delivery take over an hour? Would not recommend if you’re looking for JJ’s typical fast delivery. We’ve had many delays with this store in particular.

This is my absolute favorite Jimmy John’s . I know they have been short staffed since covid but that doesn’t stop them from delivering subs and really wonderful customer service. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but that has never once bothered me because they are so polite and up front about it. I travel a ton for work and accidentally ordered my dinner from this location and they had it cancelled and my money back in less that 12 hours. I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this team totally deserves some recognition!!

I was very happy with our experience here, the workers were very friendly and fun. One of the workers even suggested that I buy a mini sub for my 3 year old, most places are “upsell, upsell, upsell” so the fact that she recommended something that was actually cheaper for me was a nice change. They made my food “freaky fast” and all the subs were good too. Overall I was very happy with our experience here and I will definitely be going back to this location.

This sandwich chain doesn’t open til 11am. So if you order catering for delivery by 11 your sandwich is made 24 or 48 hours in advance. Bread turns gross. considering the high prices there is a major lack of ingredients on any sandwich you order plus stale
