I live a couple blocks away and thought it would be great having KFC almost in my back yard, however, this place, not so good! This is not the first time that we had awful food but its the first time that I am leaving a review about it. My main complaint is the 12 piece extra crunchy tender meal with 3 large sides, 6 biscuits and 6 FREE cookies. 1st, they didnt add the cookies, had to get back in line at the drive thru to get them. 2nd, they only gave us 5 biscuits, apparently someone missed Count Draculas lessions in counting. 3rd, the fries were rough looking, sorta dried out and cold to the touch. 4th the chicken tenders!! Man…how can you possibly mess up tenders?? They came in 2 boxes. The 1st box didnt look too bad until you took them out of the box but the 2nd box…extra crunchy is the description but…one side barely had any breading at all. The other side was a but crunchy but I think its because it was on the dry side. Also, many of the tenders were stuck together. This whole meal was one giant disappointment!! Next time I want chicken, Im driving to Zaxbys or even over to Churchs!!

It would be great if there was an option for zero stars. I had such a poor experience at this location. This is not the first time there but definitely the last. The staff there is so rude. Music blasting with profanity. Everything I asked for she did not have or could not do. I will take the money i work for elsewhere I should not have to be mistreated to contribute to your pay check because every customer that comes through helps keep the establishment running. If no one came through you would not have a job. Make better choices. That person should be in the back not engaging with customers and on top of all that she gave me the wrong order. Rude and cannot read the screen. smh

This was hands down worst kfc I’ve ever got food from. Charged my buddy for a box and gave him a sandwich, and didn’t offer us a receipt so we couldn’t switch it. Chicken was dry and shriveled. No utensils to eat Mac n cheese with. No ketchup for fries, had to go back in and ask for sauce for chicken. Wretched service at the regular price. Don’t bother with this one!

Do any KFCs have delivery quality control by management? Ordered delivery and out of three meals one meal wasn’t in the delivery plus 2 drinks were missing. Driver who delivers said that’s all they gave him. Same delivery problem a while back with another KFC. I’ll switch to Popeyes or Churches. Did a drive-thru also at another KFC and ordered a 2 piece White meal and got 2 scrawny dried out chicken legs. Checked the order in parking lot so I went back inside and got it fixed but it took forever. My recommendation is stay away from KFC in the central Florida area.

Leaving 0 stars they did not have ice they didn’t have tea the chicken was hot but overly greasy .. one employee was babysitting their child .. diner doesn’t have much seating the tables they do have weren’t clean… very poor and disgusting kfc …

You can see the time on my clock. They claim to close at 11 however the employees closed shop at 1040, although they can be seen sitting inside eating. Nobody servicing the drive through to at the very least tell customers they closed early. I’ve watched several cars do the same thing I did, drive to the speaker, then the window only to watch a worker actively ignore them, and then pull into the taco bell drive thru where the employees are actually doing their job. This is the caliber of service I’ve come to expect for this kfc.
