This is the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. The beans were so dried out that they were either sitting in a warmer all day or microwaved. The cheese enchilada was room temperature and the cheese inside unmelted. The rice is palatable when mixed with the red sauce but this too was not warm. I’m not sure how people eat this stuff. I would rather eat a microwaved Mexican meal from the freezer section at a local store. Save your time and go anywhere else.

I love this place! I live in Colorado but am in Nebraska usally about once a month. Every time I’m in Nebraska, I eat there at least once, if not 2 or 3 times, in a weekend. The only thing that could be better is the hours. Since Covid, their hours just aren’t as good as they used to be.

A real good alternative to Taco Bell. Food seems to be more healthy, better quality, and more tasty. Wish we had one where we live.

The people need serious work in Kearney Nebraska! They are short, rude and all around unfriendly, and 90% of the time my order is messed up, even on nonbusy days.

Drive thru only. Cheese Frenchy was great, but only 3 pieces. Glad I had a coupon.

We were the only ones in the dining room and it still took 15 minutes to get our food. They messed up my order, so I took it back to the counter, they apologized and said they would get it fixed right away. After waiting another 10 minutes I went back to the counter to check on my order, and they said they got busy, so apparently serving customers in the drive thru took priority over fixing my already paid for order. I waited 5 more minutes at the counter, watching the employees continue to make one order after another for the drive thru, meanwhile my wife and kids finished their meal. I finally motioned for them to come meet me at the counter and we would leave. We let them know we weren’t happy and wouldn’t be coming back. Amigos is a great franchise, but the exceptionally poor customer service at this location reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

This is the second time iv been rushed thru the drive thru by the little girl at the window. Had I not grabbed the bag of food also it works of been laying on my lap because she basically threw it in my window. I realize good help is hard to find but as much as you pay for food there that should not be allowed! Obviously she was in such a hurry that she also forgot to put the 3 dollars worth or sauces I ordered. Needless to say my barely warm taco was dry as hell. Definitely not worth 30 dollars! I’ll gladly eat somewhere else

I enjoyed this place better than Taco John’s. Went to Taco John’s drive-thru last Saturday and spent close to 30 dollars just for it to be a waste because it was all cold and noone wanted to answer the phone. At least the people at Amigos answered my phone call and the people there are friendly. Food was amazing. Once again I am so glad they are opened back up. Thank you for such a wonderful job. Keep it up!

Usually always have a good experience at this location. It used to be pretty bad, but the new crew seems to have their head in the right place. Food is usually always perfectly cooked. Prices are a little high though for what you’re actually getting. Wish they had the nacho cheese at a little hotter temperature too.

My favorite fast food Mexican place. Far from authentic but what can I say? I grew up on this stuff. It’s a Nebraska favorite. I have family from out of state who grew up in Nebraska, and they eat Amigos every time they come back to visit. If you go for nothing else, try their ranch dressing. It’s legendary.
