At 1:30 pm, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 nugget meal. I received 8 shriveled dried up nuggets (see picture). This cost me over $11. The employees were friendly but I guess not to concerned with quality. I won’t be going back. It’s a shame because I’ve always loved KFC.

worst kfc i’ve ever been to. manager on shift was unprofessional and was on the phone (her phone not the company phone) with somebody while taking orders. it was a very dirty atmosphere and the chicken just didn’t taste right to me. she also walked to the dining room and sat in a booth while on the phone and when i asked if they had plates she responded with yes and then stayed sitting down, looking at her phone. i stayed waiting 2-3 mins before i had to ask her to please get up and grab me plates. will never return and i’m extremely disappointed. would give 0 stars.

This place is dirty, the uniforms and the employees are untidy and unprofessional. This is the only KFC I’ve been into, and it’s this way. Coming from NY, where fast food is plentiful, it’s a surprise that this KFC is so different.

I went 2 times both times the food wasn’t good. The employees were rude. I dont know if its just this location though but it seems like most locations are going this route. I think maybe its the quality of the employees working here. It would probably get better with better leadership. But it is fast food so I should probably lower my expectations….

Food was over cooked! The chicken was mushy and the potatoes were puree not mashed and runny. The lady at the register wanted to be anywhere else but there. When placing my order she cut me off when i asked for the eight piece meal and side. Didn’t ask or give me sauce for the nuggets. Too bad this is the only KFC around.

Went to KFC today, ordered an 8pc nugget meal with 2 KFC sauces via the drive-thru . I was asked to pull around to front door bc they were waiting on ff. No biggie for me, don’t mind waiting for a few min. A young man brought my food out to me within just a few min. I get back to work and open my box, it contained 3 pc dark meat chicken instead of nuggets. Not happy!! I tried calling 3 times today since my lunch time and the phone just rings and rings
