Great place to get your Mediterranean food fix. Their food is fresh and wholesome, and they give generous portions- just right for a hungry gal! You place your order at the counter, so service was friendly but limited to the brief interaction when ordering.

Really nice atmosphere, clean and welcoming. The employees are super friendly. I had the Modern Greek Salad and Loaded Fries. Love the spicy hummus. Everything is so good! Highly recommend checking it out!

Placed an online order here 7/2/23. My daughter picked up the order. For the most part, food was good, needs a little more seasoning. The hummus with spicy harissa was pretty good but the falafel was very burnt and dry. I know falafel are suppose to be golden brown, these were very dark, like the color of a dark chocolate brownie! I called and spoke with someone and she told me that they are usually that color. I told her there is no way these are a normal color. She did apologize and offered a refund. It’s just really inconvenient to really want something only to receive it inedible and the fact that they still served it knowing they were burnt is irresponsible and bad for business. It makes you wonder, what else is being served that should just go in the trash? I wish I would have taken a picture. I’m very disappointed. Not sure when I’ll be going back, if I’ll go back.

Any other time I would allow this to pass however this is the 3rd time the employee’s at this Luna grill refused to allow my family to purchase food to go. We arrived at 8:20pm and We were told we couldn’t place an order because they ran out of food. KAYLA HUNG UP ON ME AND WOULDN’T ANSWER THE PHONE. SO WE WENT TO URBAN CAFE AT 8:30PM AND ENJOYED OUR FOOD. THANK YOU URBAN CAFE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY ALL THE EMPLOYEE’S AT LUNA GRILL IN NEWPORT the food is great but the service is horrible !!!.. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY PACKED UP EARLY AND DIDNT WANT RO SERVE ANYONE SO THEY CAN GO HOME.

They’re always out of something. Today they’re out of the shrimp. It’s only 5pm. Rice never tastes the same. It’s a hit or miss. Only one person at the front busy with take out while the line is out the door and manager comes out from the back (eating) and doesn’t do anything to help.
