This place is hit or miss, you roll the dice when you order from them. Their sandwiches can make a good meal when they get it right, But lately they have been getting orders wrong most of the time. I ordered an Italian with double meat and received a laughable sandwich for the $17+ it cost me. A single layer of meat when I payed $5.29 extra for double meat? What a rip off, I’d hate to see what they consider a normal amount of meat.

Just want to send a Buyer Beware notice about this sandwich shop. My colleagues and I received our delivery order from Potbelly about 45 minutes ago. As I was eating the vegetable garden soup I ordered I almost bit into a piece of what appears to be a piece of concrete in the soup (see attached photo). Then I opened my Powerhouse salad, which came with the worst looking avocado slices I’ve ever seen on any restaurant plate (see second attached photo). At over $10 for this type of salad the ingredients should have been at least fresh… I called the sandwich shop a few minutes ago and spoke with someone who identified as Michael. I reported the stone in my soup and recommended they toss the rest of that soup in the drain to prevent other costumers from breaking a tooth or swallowing a piece of concrete as I almost did. Michael did not apologize or express any kind of shock or regret at my experience, nor offer any kind of reimbursement. He simply said: “thank you for letting us know; is there anything else I can do for you?” dismissively. If you are thinking of getting a sandwich or soup I’d highly recommend you go elsewhere and avoid this mismanaged and careless Potbelly sandwich place. So I give this place a zero for customer service and a zero for food quality. I had to give it one star (undeservedly) because not doing so would have prevented me from posting this warning.

I spend my 30 minutes lunch dealing with this place. I ordered online and I pick up my food so when I arrived to my job my salad was missing the grilled chicken, I went back and told them this they apologies and “fixed the issues” they literally put three little pieces, you can see this on the picture! Just check your food before you leave I think this is very disrespectful with people’s money.
