Bought a cravings box specifically asked for beef instead of chicken on a taco not only that its 80% lettuce on a and no beans in the burrito guess what …it’s on the receipt that way but it wasn’t actually done…imagine spending $10 and its not the way you ordered …terrible… this location really is terrible just go somewhere else..you’ll be disappointed if you go here,not that it matters but itll be the last time they get my business

There were about 5 Employees nobody seemed to want to work. Food was absolutely abysmal. Tasted like cleaner and everything was cold. No other customers inside. Only had to go inside because of mistake with order and being charged incorrectly.

If you would like your order messed up every time, go here. You will be greated with a poor attitude and overcharged for requests that will not be added to your order. I’ve even tried keeping it simple and they still manage to screw up a cup of water. The people that work here just don’t care about anything. Maybe they do care, they just can’t handle working for a living.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Mold surrounding the drain where you get your drinks. That drain is supposes to be silver not black. The food is disgusting and not cooked thoroughly. This I ran by a bunch of kids legit. Not utensils so you better not order anything that requires them. You ask for “salsa” they tell you that’s all the “sauces” they have. The floors look like they haven’t been swept in months. The bathrooms are not stocked and just as nasty. I would highly recommend removing the staff and replacing with new staff. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

2 days in a row I have visited this location, Thursday April 6th I came into the drive thru, waited a few minutes along with the vehicle behind me ,no luck on anyone acknowledging I was there, went to the front door to try to order and the doors were locked. Friday April 7th tried again, this was close to 10 am cst ,Doors were locked so I went to the drive thru, I ordered the soft taco supreme party pack ,I was quickly told they are only serving breakfast, Left and went to the Valley Alabama location and was greeted and welcomed with my order. I did ask the worker about hours and serving tacos, Guess the workers wanted to use a excuse to not serve me .I will not return to this location and if the franchise owner Is affiliated with the valley Alabama location I will not return to any of them. Just don’t understand the lack of care for customer service or the job .

Not so hot today. Literally. Food was luke warm and they seemed to forget how to put anything in the tacos, which were broken. They also put a very small amount of cheese in the nachos and cheese container. Oh yeah, I asked for mild sauce which they left out as well. Drive thru.

Staff is lazy and incompetent. Ignored me both at the door and drive thru window (the girl literally walked away to go sit in a booth on her phone). I placed a DoorDash pickup order because I’m a trucker. I tell the next person who finally acknowledges me that my order is sitting on the counter (why was it even sitting there as if the kitchen wasn’t locked?) and she asks a few unnecessary questions. Eventually get my food after having to reminder her to grab the drink beside it just for them to forget part of the order.
