The food here has really gone downhill. Just recently ordered to go. I’m a vegetarian so ordered cheese enchiladas and my friend ordered their carne asada taco plate. We also order guacamole and chips and 2 slices of flan. We had been moving furniture all day so were hungry and exhausted. Opening the food we found my enchiladas were pork not cheese. My friends carne asada taco plate ( $12) had literally two tablespoons of meat, a whole bunch of lettuce and sour cream but no tortillas! As l couldn’t eat the pork enchilada I dug into the guac and chips- it was not guacamole. It was some green colored sauce which tasted nasty and bore no resemblance to guacamole except for the color. Flan is my favorite desert and it looked good so l tried the flan. OMG! It was not sweet at all and tasted like unseasoned scrambled eggs but with a residual taste that l can only compare to the smell of cat per. This was a $40 order and just about all of it went in the trash. I don’t know what happened to this place but we certainly won’t eat here again. This was without a doubt the worst tasting Mexican food l have ever had the misfortune of tasting.

Excellent food we ordered all different items and everyone enjoyed their choices. I love the ceviche tostada. Others had super nachos and super burrito, big portions really satisfied our hunger. The beers were tasty and some go here just for the horchata. We tried the churros too, they were delicious. Service was attentive and prompt. Highly recommend this restaurant, definitely check it out when you’re in downtown Albany.

Hands down some of the best Mexican food in town with kind and friendly staff. Portions are generous. The super nachos with meat can definitely feed two, no prob. I love their carne asada, and they trim it and cook it to perfection. None of those grisly bits you’ll get from other restaurants! I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a take out order, either. Don’t forget to ask for some green salsa.

This was a quaint place. I was happy they had outdoor seating and it was a lovely spring day. The wait staff was very professional and quick. The burrito I had wasn’t to my style and I did add on the white sauce I believe that I’m used to something that another restaurant specializes in. Overall I would welcome to go here again but I would probably get at a different dish.
