Hello real meat. Like it tasted like my grandpa Freddy went to the kitchen and made me a burger. Get ready to pay for it. It’s about 13.00 a person. The dessert was good too. Like scrape the bottom and lick the cup good. This place would be great date spot. The music was fun and the employees were nice. However, they were out of napkins and I cleaned off my own table and no came to offer to wipe it down. Hence the three stars

Super good food, i loved. The customer service. You can rely tell they love their job. I witnessed a employee spill some sort of sauce on the fries and she went way out of her way to clean it out and threw away the bad fries. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc the place a Lil cramped. The building and bathroom were very clean.

I was excited to try Freddy’s “steak burgers”. Unfortunately I ordered one of the most disappointing patty melt meals I’ve ever had. Maybe I’m just not a steak burger connoisseur. The thin well-done beef that had holes in it and tiny hard french fries just didn’t work for me but that’s just my opinion. The best thing was the fry sauce. The meal costs almost $11.

Excellent! We came at dinner time and it was crazy busy. We all ordered the same thing, bacon double with a shake. Our shakes were ready in less than 5 mins and our food was got & ready within 10 mins. All employees we dealt with were pleasant & nice. 2 adults and a teenage boy the total was $42. While some may think it’s expensive for fast food, I’d say they haven’t ever had a good steak burger like Freddy’s! We’ll definitely be back!

Super thin burgers. Have a nice crunch to them. Definitely unique. Custards are really good. Probably the best place to go if you want a salty sweet combo. Fries are shoe string fries, nice change of pace.

I have to give a shout out to the management of this Freddy’s. The crew that works at this store deserve to be recognized. I manage a business, so it’s automatic to notice employee actions and presentation. I was watching the staff in the back from our seat and was just really in awe. These young folks were supporting one another and getting their jobs done. Not one, but everyone I could see, which was 4-6 employees in the kitchen. They would laugh and cut up, but all while getting their jobs done and doing them correctly from a customer point of view. First time I’ve visited this Freddy’s, but this will be a regular stop when on the north side of Shreveport-Bossier. Keep up the good work too ask those on shift tonight and, to the manager, from my perspective, these young folks deserve a part on the back and whatever recognition you are able to give them. If the manager wasn’t on shift tonight, these folks sure make the manager look good. Keep up the fine work, all of y’all.
