Fantastic bbq joint in downtown Chelsea! Show up early for the Texas twinkies; I could have eaten a dozen. Loved the brisket totchos. The bbq is a blend of Texas and Midwest, sweet dry rub and aromatic pecan.

The men in my house love BBQ so this is a great small town business in the heart of Chelsea. I get these crazy tots with pulled pork and some other yummy stuff. So delicious. They go more traditional but they always say how good it is.

There were 4 of us. We all got a different meat and they were all really dry. The garlic butter potatoes had no garlic or butter flavor. It was almost like they were canned potatoes. The service was excellent. Couldn’t have ask for it to have been any better.

I eat here at least once a week. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have not been disappointed. I love the Mac n cheese as well as the coleslaw as my sides. The spudlahoma with everything on it is very satisfying. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. The baked goods are hard to pass up. I definitely recommend stopping in and giving it a try.
