I didn’t go inside just ordered from the drive through. This location in my last visits had been lacking to say the least but I was impressed this time. The customer service has really improved here. The was awesome and just how Wendy’s should be. There was only one car ahead of me that was gone before I had finished ordering, I had to pull forward to wait for our fries, but I still only sat there for maybe 2 to 3 min which I didn’t mind at all for Fresh hot fries!!!

Would prefer a zero star option. This was probably the worst experience for our family considering it’s a fast food restaurant and the expectations were not high. We went in for dine in, were the only customers inside, and figure this will be nice, quick, and easy. We got the order placed, paid less than $30.00, and waited to get our cups. We waited, and waited. After awhile my husband kept politely trying to get the attention of the 2 women working there. He repeatedly said excuse me and they either would look at him and completely ignore him, look at him and say “ya ya hold on,” or just 100% not even look up at all. Finally a male employee walks in and my husband explains that we know the food will take awhile but that we’re just trying to get our cups for our drinks. So my husband and this male employee now both go behind the counter to get our drinks ourselves only for one of the female employees to FINALLY pay attention and apologize. Not sure if that male employee was the manager but maybe service would have been better if he was there earlier because it was only when he was there that they seemed to notice we needed something. The experience was so horrible that we no longer cared to wait for our food or ask for our money back and instead filled up one cup of drink from the broken drink machine and left. Again, our expectations are never high when it comes to fast food places but this was absolutely horrible! I wouldn’t have wasted my time posting this review but I truly do not wish for anyone to have to experience what we experienced.

They save food long term and give out left overs. Don’t expect fresh food or decent drinks. Fries are always soggy and undercooked and just reheated under a lap before they hand you a bag. No other customers in driver through. Maybe 2 inside, not a problem with too many people to serve.

In the drive thru. The person taking the order could not understand me. I had to constantly repeat my order. I asked for no ice in my drink. When I drove to the window, after handing my card to the lady she handed me a my drink half full of ice. I didn’t even grab it and told her that I asked for no ice. Her reaction was what caused me to write this review. Misunderstandings happen a lot so it’s not a big deal if she misunderstood that I wanted no ice it was her reaction of annoyance and distain that made me question how much they value customers. On top of that, after she dumped out my drink and refilled it, she didn’t even bother to fill it all the way.

Okay first I get there lady says “ order when your ready” I’m not ready so I go “okay thank you” she then waits about 15 sec before coming back in the mic and asking if I’m ready I than just start ordering cause I don’t wanna hold them up even though I’m the only car In the drive thru. While I’m ordering she constantly keeps asking me is that it, in an end the order manner. I get to the window pay for my food and she gives me small drinks Instead of large than sits there and argues with me about it, im pretty sure it was the manager too that only pisses me off more.

Worst staff ever. If you want service here’s a tip…go to the drive thru because they don’t help anyone trying to order at the counter! I wasn’t even acknowledged while I patiently waited for 20 minutes as they helped fill orders exclusively for door dash and the drive thru. If you don’t allow people to dine in then don’t leave the dining room open. I have been going to this location for years and I will never go back now. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Are at this location 3 times over the past year. Each time we swore that we would not come back to this location. Again we were hopeful that it would be under management, but no such luck. Today’s visit the wife and I were just getting the 2 for $6 spicy chickens, a small fry, a chili cheese fry, and a drink. First they screw up on the order ringing it up as a cheese fry after I repeated it 3 times to her, then the food is ready and there’s no fries, just a cup of chili, so I let them know again what I ordered and they finally get the chili cheese fry right. The chicken sandwiches were cold and hard, the small fry was cold and old tasting. The fountain machine was not working and thet acted like it was an inconvenience to fill up our sodas. I do not recommend anyone ever stop at this location, there is 3 other locations within a few miles, so just drive a little further if you are craving wendy’s!

Went through the drive thru, when we said we were ready to order, the drive thru person straight up said “no” and then like 30 seconds later and she said “order” we got a cheeseburger and fries and then asked for a number 7 and then she straight up said “no” again. We pulled up to the window and ordered again and she rolled her eyes and we just left without the food.
