Great place! Have always gotten subs from here. They are well balanced in flavor and the staff at these locations always seem to be in a good mood and tentative towards the guests. If you have a taste for a Sub Sandwich definitely try these locations they may be a slight higher price than subway but the quality and service is much better!!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

I will not be back to this location at ALL. The tables were not cleaned, the cashier acted like she couldn’t understand my order. It was simple a whole club and a whole Philly. The club I wanted with lite lettuce, she added ez brown mustard. Service is so slow, the food was busting out of the wrapping and super greasy. Maybe they could’ve just doubled wrap. The tomatoes on my sub were rotten.. Food is not prepared properly. They need competent cooks, cashier and a manager or two that can follow up on these issues.

This is legit the slowest cousins. They take orders wrong, can’t fix it, mark the subs wrong and give you a chocolate shake right away so it can melt while you wait 15 minutes until your food is done.

Visited today. Was told they were out of fries. Very long wait. Female cashier was wearing gloves while using reigster, phone and handling food. She did not change her gloves or wash her hands between tasks.

Had the best service and best food today. That was our 3rd stop. We tried 2 potbelly’s before this. One of which wasn’t open due to low staffing and the other was open, but the doors were still locked. The employee who was clearly annoyed at our presence took her sweet time coming to open the door and could not have been more rude when doing so. Needless to say we did not get our food there. I was very thankful for our experience at this cousin’s. Completely turned our day around and we had the best meal.
