Great place. The best Indian buffet in the area. I’m consistently amazed at the new dishes they serve. The old staples are there and delicious, but they always have something new.

Met with husband’s parents for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We had the lunch buffet and it was delicious. Love that they had the Pani Puri station to start and all of the usual raita and salad and pickle at the beginning. They had a wide range of vegetables, curries, and dahls. Everything tasted fresh flavorful, which can be hard with a buffet. We had attentive servers to refill our waters and check on the quality of the meal. We live in Plano, but we will definitely meet here for lunch again.

Average restaurants for food, no taste no quality, half some trays at buffet was empty. Food was tasteless, no masala, just bland. All rating might be given from non vegetarian eater and don’t know y because only they had all chicken item. Nothing good for kids, they keep asking for mango Lassi and drinks in the middle as they r part of the buffet but at the end they will bill u everything as they r not included in the buffet. Please don’t waste time and for tasteless food. Better to try malgudi garden, 100 times better than this.

The ambience and decor was awesome. The food was good as well. Nothing negative. The prices might have been a bit on the higher side but the quantity was worth it.

Everything was above average. Forgot to take pictures while fully immersed with the food.

I am really torn between giving 3 and 4 stars. The lunch buffet costs $24.62 (as of 8/22/2023) including automatic gratuity of 15% and tax. For a vegetarian, the variety at the buffet doesn’t justify the cost. The number of items used to be more pre-COVID and the price was obviously lower. Vegetarians have limited choice and vegans even less so. Meat eaters should be fine with the spread although it’s still fewer items overall. Decor/ambience is good and service was quite good.

We just moved to Grapevine right around the corner from this place. We previously lived in Dallas right next to the original Mughlai. We were a little nervous that the quality may not be what we have come to expect but I am glad to say we fretted about nothing. The experience and food was amazing and I can honestly say it is still our favorite restaurant and it’s serendipitous that we get to live so close to yet another Mughlai.

They market themselves as fine indian restaurant and it indeed is fine in terms of interior and overall vibe of the restaurant. Their vibe is really good compared to other Indian restaurants. Service on the other hand is below average and cost is very high compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. Waiters are very undertrained mostly students. I would suggest management to hire good waiters if you want to market restaurant as fine restaurant.
