My wife and I have come back to this store after a 2 year absence. The new crew, starting with Bo the manager, have been very accommodating. We like our biscuits not burnt, they provide this. She likes hers with no egg, they provide this. Even the weekend crew takes the time to make sure we get our order the way we want it. Hockey puck type biscuits are not edible. The manager at another store in town told me one day “that’s how our biscuits are.” I told Bo this the first day we went back to Clear Lake store, he said that they will take care of us, and so far, we have no complaints at all. This store rocks….

Ordered through the app. Early morning. Drive thru window sent us forward even though there was nobody behind us, so we had no idea why we were waiting so long or that they didn’t have sweet tea until the lady came out to deliver our food. I get you want to make your numbers or whatever, but don’t just push us forward. We wouldn’t have been nearly as upset if you had just told us our food would be a wait or that the sweet tea wasn’t an option at the window.

Last week I was here listening to a gentleman at which point and time I’m not sure if he was a manager or not, the yell at of his employees in front of everybody. He was so mean to her, and she looked like she was about ready to cry, if you have a problem, take your employee to the side and not yell at him in front of everyone. Today I was here and ordered something online to pick up. Granted it was free due to me having points. I didn’t realize that I didn’t choose bacon on the platter I got. The lady at the drive-through tried to give me everyone’s order and I told her five times it was a mobile order and I told her what it was in which she kept trying to give me their orders. She offered to give me a bacon instead. And I told her I appreciated it that I didn’t know I messed up. Then she handed me the bag and told me to have a nice day without giving me the bacon. I don’t know what her deal is but she sure in the heck doesn’t need to be at the register or drive-through. She need some better training or taken off. I tried calling five times to talk to somebody and no one would answer. Not the kind of service I want.

Was on my way through Illinois to Missouri and needed dinner. This one is conveniently located off the highway. I haven’t eaten at a Hardee’s in years since there are none near me but the burger was very flat and small, wish I had gotten a double. The fries I received were burnt but the lady who took my order told me she already had new ones in the fryer for me since they got over cooked. That was very nice of her and I appreciated it.

Stopped and got a cinnamon and raisin biscuit doesn’t even cover the entire biscuit anymore!! You see how they advertise the cinnamon and raisin biscuits on the menu. Mine looked nothing like it. It actually tasted like it was made from scratch at 2:30 in the morning and sat there til 9am!!
