Went in for the first time. They had limited items due to waiting for a delivery. Trey who was making the sandwiches was very accommodating and friendly. His manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Decent meats for a decent price. The freshness is remarkable. This establishment appeared clean and well kept for the most part. There was a longer wait than expected for how many people were in the store but I assumed it was because there were a lot of online orders. The food was very similar to something I would have at home. The meats seemed lacking of flavor but wrent super salty like most deli meats. They tasted healthy which is not a bad thing. I enjoyed their selection of chips as much as the sandwiches.

There’s better out there, but here’s what I found today. I ordered 2 subs, 1 Italian & 1/2 meatball. Meatball sub came full size, not half, don’t know if I was charged for half or full but I ordered 1/2. That’s on me. My Italian sub come with a semi dry pickle +1☆. My Italian sub is so sloppy I can’t hold it together to eat it. Everybody likes their money’s worth on the meat, I can’t complain about quantity, plenty of meat. The bun is so wet with sauce its all soggy top & bottom sauced excessively, I even asked for no tomato so it wouldn’t be sloppy. The bun is way, way too small for the portion of meat supplied. I’ll have to use knife and fork because sub is too sloppy to hold together, its like trying to hold 3 slippery fish together in 1 stack. No, I won’t be back. Anges pizza & Donatos subs are less moist and won’t fall apart when your trying to eat it.

Firehouse Subs is a great chain with tasty options. I always go with the smokehouse brisket and a healthy slather of hot sauce. This location did not disappoint. Customer service was solid as well. The restaurant was clean, and there was a solid mix of sports on the televisions. All in all, really good experience.

What a disappointment! Subway is better than this. The grilled chicken sub was pathetic, maybe 3 strips of chicken with a tiny amount of lettuce and onion. What happened to everything else? Ha! Won’t order again.
