Came here for lunch during break and they missed the hot peppers on the one single item I ordered and they barely even put that much Italian beef in their sandwiches!! Why’s it called “beef villa” and barely put ANY beef in the sandwich. Is there like an Italian beef shortage or what? Made a mistake trying to stay open and try a combo sandwich from somewhere other than portillos. Thanks for making sure I don’t go anywhere else other than portillos for a combo sandwich!

Been ordering from West Side Beef Villa, since East Side always screws up my orders, and won’t make it right. Now, West Side forgets BOTH large soft drinks, and the bacon for my medium cheese fries, and the bacon & cheese were supposed to be on the fries anyway! Can’t call and speak to a human being…I’M ANGRY! I have nothing to drink at home!!!
