Ordered drive-through for my family on a long trip and didn’t check the order until I got to my destination. The medium entree I ordered for my wife, which should be about 16 oz, was a container a little bigger than a golf ball. Absolutely ridiculous. The food we got tasted fine and the service was good. Check your orders.

What do you expect it’s Panda express, the food at all locations taste the same in my opinion. Other than that the service was pretty good. If you are health conscientious you should pick broccoli cabbage stirfry instead of rice.

This location was pretty good when they first opened, however, that has changed. Their teriyaki chicken is nothing but fat, dry and pretty tasteless. How does chicken even have that much fat in it?? The rice is very dry with no flavor either. And I can tell the egg rolls are not the same. How do owners not care about the quality of food they serve? It will eventually catch up to them.

A girl named Scarlett was working the drive thru on a Wednesday night. There’s a sign that says “$100k earning potential”… Scarlett needs to be promoted immediately with a salary increase to at least $100k/year. She was sweet, charming, and professional all at the same time when taking my order and serving me as a customer. It’s rare to have such a good experience from a fast food employee these days. Her attitude is contagiously awesome. She goes above and beyond to make sure all customers have a good experience. Scarlett is a winner and I look forward to her hopefully serving me again. #Panda

Ordered two plates about 8:30pm last night to deliver to my house. Ordered 1 plate with rice/veggies and sesame chicken, 1 plate fried rice and sesame chicken, and two spring rolls. After we received delivery it was two bowls both with noodles and 4 pieces of chicken on top. I called the store about 15 times before someone answered to speak to the manager. I was informed I would have to bring that food up there and prove it was wrong. I asked could I send a picture (we just drove home from pcb), I was told no they can’t get pictures. I informed them they closed in 8 minutes and I could not get up there before they closed. I was then told I would not be able to get the correct food last night. I requested a refund and was first told I had to bring the food back for a refund to which I said I would have to bring the food back the following day but wanted my $30 back immediately. Finally they refunded my money! The worst part is my receipt and every sticker on all food items have the correct order printed in them, someone just chose to pack the absolute wrong thing.

Nothing extraordinary going on here. The building was well maintained and clean, staff were respectful and kept good manners. The food here is the same as all other Panda Expresses. Portion size is above average relative to cost. Tastes good for a commercial chain.

We did drive through. This is one of worst panda outlets we’ve been to. The noodles was bland and dry, the honey walnut shrimp (our personal favorite unusually) was nothing like how it used to be, it was soft and tasteless. Not sure if it was the particular time of day or not but really disappointed.

Been here a handful of times at lunch to order 1-2 family meals. That’s about 8 items. So far, they’ve had most of we wanted and the stuff we waited for took about 5min. Overall the food tastes great and the employees were nice and quick.

These reviews are so dramatic, and forget there was a huge nationwide shortage on supplies across all food chains lol. Waited maybe 5 minutes via drive thru, during lunch rush. Orange chicken was hot and zesty. Super tasty. The employees were also very friendly, and professional. Only reason I’m tacking off a star is bc the employees mask was on his chin, and not covering his face. That does no good to anyone
