Though I live closer to other locations, I use this location for their great service and pizza that is correct and good every time. We have ordered many times from Pizza Hut and this was the most disappointing pizzas I can remember. We ordered a MeatLovers with extra sauce and the toppings were sparse. When I first opened the box I thought I must have gotten the wrong pizza. I checked my receipt and it was correct and I believe I found a small amount of each topping. Very disappointing.

The toppings were extremely skimpy and they neglected to season the outer crust as I requested. Give me a pizza with a full complement of toppings and charge me accordingly. But under no circumstances should a pizza have even a single bite with no toppings. Your Pan Crust is the best in the business, but if I wanted a pizza like the one I got, I would have gone to Domino’s. BTW, I was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Hometown of The Hut.

Nothing. Especially when a order is scheduled for delivery and paid for with credit/debit cards with online ordering isn’t going to the delivery fee in the total at checkout. I was told the delivery fee is to be paid in cash, even though I paid online with card because I don’t carry cash. I will be mindful to tell others after yesterday that paying with card online doesn’t include the delivery charge being added into the total and cash is necessary for payment with you all. Sounds like the driver I had was just trying to pocket the delivery charge for himself. Instead of adding it to my online payment with card.
