Don’t use Casey’s App for delivery because they don’t stand behind it! I ordered pizza’s through the Casey App on May 29th for my two granddaughters, received an e-mail verification of the order and then a confirmation of its delivery-but it never arrived. I tried to call the store and after 17 minutes of waiting on hold drove to the Anna, IL location. They were not on the phone when I arrived and initially refused to even ACKNOWLEDGE my order. They finally admitted receipt of the order but REFUSED TO refund the $3.99 delivery fee or the $5.55 tip I had given them.

Ordered a pizza online waited until the pickup time and still had to wait an additional 30 mins. Meanwhile 1 employee was working 1 was the cashier and there were 2 floating around not doing anything. Meanwhile the person making the pizza was talking to her friend. Will definitely order pizza elsewhere next time.

My dad ordered a pizza online last night and it said it’d be ready in 15 minutes. We went up to get it when it should be ready and they had him wait 30 minutes from the time we got there. They said the employee who just got off I guess around 7 pm turned something like a cashier thing off and they didn’t know they had orders coming in? This makes absolutely no sense. My dad stayed in the store and waited and said the cook had a pepperoni pizza which we also ordered, but he put it in the individual pizza slices. That could’ve been our pizza since we had already waited but alright? Weird. They didn’t offer to give him anything like I’ve gotten before at other Casey’s a “free LG pizza” coupon for waiting either.

Great staff love the rewards program here! The food is really hit or miss but when it hits its delicious. They also have they’re own products from the caseys brand now and those are priced well and helpful in convenience to some household things you may need. Caseys is my spot for coffee and fountain sodas fresh food and fruits and many other things!

Ordered a barbecue pizza last night and my mans mom got food poisoning from it! Called and talked to the girl working up front because the cook wasn’t available and she was rude! Very unprofessional! We will not be back.

Casey’s Taco Pizza is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy. We have had these pizzas all over the state of Illinois, and the one we got from Anna was the worst we have ever had. The woman who made our pizza must have slept through her training on making taco pizzas. She made ours with chicken because we didn’t specify what kind of meat we wanted. (Casey’s Taco Pizza is made with beef. Period. You don’t NEED to specify.) We were not impressed with a chicken and cheese pizza, especially one with no taco toppings, so she remade it with beef. But when it came down to putting the final toppings on, well, let’s just say I’ve had more lettuce on a slider. The tortilla chips on the pizza wouldn’t have filled a coffee cup. There were no diced tomatoes. We were here for the wine trail, and when we come back in the future and crave another taco pizza, we’ll go to the one in Jonesboro.

Never order pizza online at this Casey’s, its never ready on time. Everytime I go in and get it i have to wait 10mins from the time I’m suppose to pick it up. Because they forget to make it. Other than that they have good service and food
