They didn’t even have any chicken pieces , the manager was really rude to her workers. She was ignoring them when they asked her questions, I had to wait for more than 30 min for a 8 piece chicken bucket. They didn’t tell me til after I waiting for about 15 min for my order. Not coming here again 🙂

I just went in with a hundred in one hand my bank card in the other and just drove an hour to get there to take my 3 kids to eat. I told them to order and asked if I could use the restroom real quick while they ordered. The lady at the register was even was embarrassed to tell me no I had to complete my order before they would open it. I said so should I just pee my pants while I order and she giggled and said I’m sorry. I know it’s a trashy area but come on my teenagers and I do not look like we are homeless and not going to pay. So we left! Ridiculous that you have to beg to use the restrooms while in the middle of an order

This place continues to boggles my mind. The service is horrifying they told us no substitutes. I guess it only proteins to chicken cuz my sister got coleslaw instead of potatoes. The lady after us ordered chicken tenders and even though nothing said they were. Meals that told her it only comes as a meal. In other words, you can’t get what you want you have to pay more for what you don’t want. KFC learn what Customer service really is or close down.
