Was shorted an order of hash browns from the drive thru. Went inside and the employee walked away mumbling under her breath. Only thing I could make out was “f-ing customer b-ing about not getting food” Manager was just as rude “She gave you your hash browns, why are you still talking!?” Refused to give me any contact info for a franchise owner or corporate. Recommended that you drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid this place.

Yes please! This location makes the freshest bestest food and I don’t mind driving here from miles away. It’s definitely worth it. Customer service here is so professional and courteous. Service is extremely important to me. If I find an establishment that hires/trains great people, I don’t mind revisiting and driving miles and miles to that location just because… Not only are those few minutes spent speaking to them (order placing and paying at the window) pleasant, they move the drive thru swiftly, my order is always accurate and the food is always made to perfection and fresh… it’s never a bad day here (forgetting to add cheese or over cooking an item or cashier with an attitude). So anyway, I’m always given napkins and asked if I want condiments, a straw is always provided-this is rare and great, thanks! I appreciate ur awesomeness! Thank u, thank u very much…

As a doordash driver and sometimes a customer it’s definitely One of the better B.K. locations, very professional and courteous service,as well as short reasonable wait times, I’ve very rarely had items missing or any mistakes with the orders!! PS … hopefully the absolutely horrible north Versailles BK location doesn’t give this one a bad name too!..

Had lunch today here. Clean eatery. Neat organized dining area. Clean restrooms. For the most part happy helpful staff. The register clerk who served me wasn’t so sure about where items were on keypad. And she wasn’t the friendliest of people. But that aside the gentleman who i can only assume was the manager was very involved in the overall operations of the restaurant. Only real down side is no ketchup. Had to ask. And only got 2 packets. Really? Other than that a good experience.

Food was decent, service was so so. It seems fast food restaurants are hiring people with attitudes and no manners. Only one lady had a good demeanor at this location. I don’t blame the employees I blame the training. Show them a video and have them shadow someone for 30 seconds and then put them on the line. No bueno, my friends. 3 stars for the lady with the good service. Don’t work in service if you don’t have the right attitude!

My order was very simple I requested onion rings a bacon cheeseburger and a chocolate Oreo shake I get all the way home and I have stupid french fries and there’s no Oreo in my shake. I didn’t want french fries I didn’t come to Burger King for French fries I didn’t ask for zesty sauce to go with french fries & i didn’t want a plain chocolate shake. so disappointed!! then I called to put in a complaint and they want to argue with me and tell me I should have checked the receipt. no you should have paid attention and put in the bag what was requested it’s not that hard you’re not a rocket scientist and then you are rude and argue with me on the phone. For one I can’t do that in the dark and for two I shouldn’t have to do that.
