I’ve been waiting for this place to open up as my first experience was their location in Bellevue. This is their soft opening this week. They can definitely use more staff. The wait was a bit long, but they have a sign up sheet to put your name on. When ordering, they have a QR code at each table that you can place your order through. I really enjoyed the Hot and Sour soup. There’s just soo much flavor to it. I like that you can add the additional toppings yourself. It’s definitely a place to get some good noodle soup served uniquely.

I don’t know about the old reviews but when I came here it was an amazing experience. The place has a modern design but still is authentic. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast for dine in orders. The food first of all is amazing. It’s very tasty with a variety of ingredients to add to the noodle soup bowl. You have multiple choices on the broth too. A must eat place if you enjoy Chinese and Noodle soups.

The food here is so good, the broth is fantastic and they have a lot of nice fresh ingredient options to choose from that cook beautifully in the soup. Every time I come here, I end up super satisfied and full, brings me some happiness for the entire day. Service is always pretty nice here too. Sadly, the atmosphere is not the best because the other customers can get annoyingly loud and sit too close to you even when there are a lot of available places to sit. However, it’s all worth the noodle experience.

The food was good and the service was very nice. We had a little bit of a wait to get a table. I chose R11- spicy noodle soup, and my husband had the R3. The spicy soup was a bit spicy for me, but I enjoyed it. The R3 has a mild flavor. The rice noodles resembled fresh noodles, really well cooked. The only new thing for us was that we ordered thru an app in the store.

It was delicious. I guess they’re figuring out management/how to run a business. the food I got today was delicious. It is a little confusing what to expect in terms of service. But you order and pay using the QR code on each table. If that doesn’t work, an employee will gladly help. Everything else is straight forward in terms of food arriving. I got the green pepper rice noodle dish. It was a little tangy and peppery and very savory.

New hotpot spot in beaverton town center. Cute little spot, clean inside. Self order with QR code on table. Got Mango passionfruit fruit tea, it was good and refreshing. Ordered popcorn chicken for starters, it comes dry with chili powder but I like to dip it in the sweet chili sauce so I asked for some. I got the beef brisket noodle pork soup base and my sister ordered the same with the spicy both option. Overall it was good and simple to eat with big portion. This is a nice spot for hotpot if you enjoy a simple menu. I just didn’t like paying on the QR app because it requires a lot of personal information just to pay so I went to the counter and just pay there.

This is a style of serving Yunan rice noodle which I have had in Yunan, China. It’s a chain I’ve seen all over the US, so not the most authentic. However, I was very happy to have it in Portland. It’s a very cute contemporary Chinese experience. They bring you the soup base, the precooked beef tendon, the condiments, all over which you add into the soup yourself. It’s good enough as a bowl of hot soup with rice noodles and lots of cute condiments. I had the Mala flavored soup with beef. The service was very fast after you order it with the QR code on the table. There are quite a few other flavors that sound interesting. Also other side dishes I’d be interested to try next time with a bigger group. Overall I’d recommend it! A 4.5 star.

I saw some reviews complaining they don’t have enough servers. I do agree there’s room for improvement. However, the QR code in the corner on your table can help you order and pay on your own. It’s more efficient. Good good, tasty soup and fresh ingredients. Thumbs up for the food.

On our inaugural visit to the restaurant, we received a warm greeting from the staff and were informed that we could choose any available seat. They presented us with a menu showcasing various food options, complete with pictures and instructions on how to enjoy the noodles. To place our order, we simply scanned a QR Code and submitted it online.
