At noon on Saturday I expected a long line and a tired crew. I was sadly mistaken. The place was clean and I immediately noticed the awesome 90s and 70s music. There was less the a moment of wait and the staff did not balk at any adjustments we made to our sandos. We got 12 inch turkey, and two 12inch turkey and pastrami. We all added extra goodies. These sandwiches ended up thick and yummy. I prefer less dense bread but it wasn’t off putting and it held up to all the sauces and all the filling. This place cuts the cheese and the meat thin so I r recommend ordering maybe a double helping if you want a strong flavor. The staff was pleasent and did not skimp on the vegetables.

Great service, great people and great food can’t get better than that. I’ve never had anything but a good time eating here. The employees are so welcoming and anything I visit from twin I try to stop in. The food is always fresh and the grass is way better than anyone else. Keep it up people you all rock.

I love port of subs. I’ve been coming since I was a kid. The quality of their ingredients is good and definitely better than subway. It’s also a great substitute for Quiznos since they are gone around here and some sandwich places like Jimmy John’s won’t toast the subs. PROTIP: you have to ask them to grill it twice, maybe even three times. They stick it on the griddle for 45 seconds which is not enough to get warm and toasty. They’ve never had a problem doing this for me. But because of this request I never use the drive thru. Also most people will get the Mayo-mustard mix which they brush on with a spatula but if you go straight mustard like me they squirt it on and tend to be heavy handed so consider asking for light mustard.

We ate there twice at the Federal way one, was disappointed they closed their doors, my husband and I loved it! I quess we will have to go to the one on Benjamin St when we are in the area. We have ate at the Benjamin location and very disappointed in the service. I ordered a lettuce wrap and was given slimmy lettuce. My husband said one of the workers pointed it out and she did nothing to fix it. Also the worker who went to the fridge to get it should of caught it. I did confront the situation but I will not go back.

Food was great, service was terrible. I walked in to a empty store to just being stared at until I told them while I was there even though I started speaking they still just blankly looked at me like they wanted me to leave. The 4 people are horrible at customer support and will probably never leave the job they’re at. I was actually astonished by the energy they create. I’m sure it’s not like that if a manager is there and if there was a manager there you guys need to rethink your staff.

First time in, my mother was getting her haircut next door – I just wanted something to tide over til dinner. Greeted when I first walked in. I was overwhelmed by the choices. Dani (super awesome employee) gave me some time while she finished her drive thru order. I ended up with a medium BLT with pepper jack, on the limited (ish) garlic parm bread. She was so nice, we talked for a few minutes about the area, and skiing, biking. It was an awesome experience, the sandwich was great, Dani was fantastic. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

Not typically the type to leave reviews but I feel the employees I met today deserve major recognition. Not sure if it was the manager but the lady making the sandwich’s is the kindest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered, each person that walked in she greeted and somehow managed to remember most peoples orders, just the interactions she was having with her customers is very rare nowadays but made me so happy to see someone that’s able to light up their workplace with their positive energy. Amazing experience

It doesn’t matter how you order from this store, the order is always perfect! The same can’t be said for some of the other locations, this one however is king of the treasure valley!!
