Bad food and bad service. You order something and they half-ass it. No matter how many times you complain about it they still continue to do the same thing every time. I quit going there 6 months ago because they don’t pay attention to what there doing. Most of the people who work there are just there for a pay check and no compassion for the food or the customers. I love Sonic Drive inn’s but I will not go to the one in Hoisington Ks. I go to great Bend for sonic

Twice this week I have ordered a vanilla line coke Nd have been charged 1.79 and I have only gotten a vanilla coke for that price. Slow down and get my order right I paid almost 2$ at happy hr I guess I won’t be stopping there anymore I will wait till I get to great bend.

I’m currently waiting on my food which has been 45 minutes now. Others from town have had the same issue. I’m pretty sure there is just one guy who works here. His doing all the work himself. Cooking, planning orders, car hoping… Actually I just confirmed there is just one person working and doing everything. Sonic needs to handl this issue because it is not professional nor fair to the person working. Puts a bad rep on Sonic.

EVERY time I’ve come here on the weekend after 8pm the chairs are up on the tables inside and they’re closing everything down. Last time they shut the lights off on us as we tried to order and wouldn’t take our business at 9pm. This time we pulled up at 8:15 and tried to order shakes but the female employee very smugly said their ice cream machine was down. I really doubt that it was. The chairs were put up again inside and three workers were outside by the dumpsters.

Most Sonic’s I have visited are just fine but this was the worst. Food didn’t taste good at all. Got an ice cream cone and it tasted stale (not even crunchy) and it appeared that they made it first cause it was all melting and running down the side. Said something bout it to the car hop and she was like “O well” sorry.

Not very great. It was a long wait for the low to none amount of customers. An to top all of that the chicken strips an tots were cold and I asked for a large tots with chili an cheese jalapenos on the side an got a small or medium with a bunch of jalapenos all across the top of them after being asked two different times what I was wanting to order. Maybe I was tired an speaking jibberish LOL! Or just that they need a more responsibly minded manager or leader that could line them out an make a lil more effort to be polite an have their I’s footed and their T’s crossed more efficiently. Then it could have the potential to be a very good quick bite to eat place.

The drinks we got were discussting. Are barbecue boneless wings that we both ordered we did not get we got hot & spicy wings. Sonic here in hoisington kansas I would not recommend. I wouldn’t even give it a one star but I had to put something.

The food is by far the worst than any Sonic I’ve eaten at before. Hamburger meat is still cold in the middle, if you ask for a burger with no onions or tomato, you’re going to get it anyway. Yuck! Casey’s up the road is way better food and management!
