The food tasted good but the store cleanliness was awful. They should definitely invest in a broom and mop. Blond woman seemed to be rude to her coworkers. My boyfriend’s burrito wasn’t wrapped on the ends causing it to all fall out. The salsa in my burrito was only in one bite.

The kid with long curly hair making my burrito needed to Be trained better. He gave me half scoops of everything I had to tell him to give me a little more. I would have told him to give me more meat but I would have got charged. Once my burrito got made I had to wait 5 min for the guy making to go orders to check me out. They need to have someone at the cash register at all times. My visit was lunch of Sept 1st I won’t go back to this location. I hope manangment sees this and fixes the problems.

The food is good and the service is friendly, but I’m almost certain that their has been a crackdown on portions because this chiptole either gives half burritos and/or much less than they used to. This is the case so much so that we have begun to avoid ordering here. Even when asking for extra meat they gave us a tiny pinch extra, for which of course, we paid extra. If you want chiptole try a different location.

I’m done with this location. I’ve never been to a Chipotle that can roll a decent burrito but this one takes the cake. Slow service. Dirty restaurant. Filthy bathroom. They’re constantly out of ingredients. When they do have ingredients, they put puzzling portions into meals. Very little rice, beans and meat and way too much cheese and sauce. They threw my friends bowl on top of my weird, smashed, ball-shaped burrito into a ripped to-go bag. I feel really bad for the poor, young, undertrained staff. Having managed a restaurant, this is 100% a management issue. Ridiculous!

Got into a fight with my wife over the burrito she got for me here it was so poorly made (75% rice with extremely little of the actual good toppings) that I thought she messed up my order- turns out dude just sucks hard at making burritos. Will never come back to this location under any circumstances- hate getting ripped off

Got some food today and asked for some extra rice and the guy put 2 whole price of rice on the food. If I asked for extra rice it doesn’t mean that I want 2 pieces. It means that I want atleast 1 scoop. One of the worst chipotles I have ever been to. Would recommend going to a different chipotle even if it is far away
