I recently had a horrible experience at Pizza Hut. Not only was I denied access to the bathroom, but the pizza I ordered was dry and barely edible. To make matters worse, the cookie I ordered was not even pre-cut and was impossible to share with my friends.

My order was quick and good was overall good. However, the attitude of the woman at the counter upon pickup has repelled me from wanting to reorder from this location again. The stare she gave me when I asked about signing my receipt almost caused a verbal confrontation but I controlled my frustration and informed her directly that I’d no longer do business with this location again. Food is Burt most of the time especially the cheese bread sticks. Stingy with sauce, cheese and toppings! The 2 times I asked for extra toppings and paid for it and didn’t get the extra toppings! Food is already costly! Definitely not worth it! Also the bald headed lady that work the front is rude.

If employees cannot come outside to deliver curbside pickup orders quickly (i.e., within 5 minutes), DO NOT offer curbside pickup!!! I waited over 30 minutes in my vehicle after placing a curbside pickup and arriving to the Pizza Hut location when my order was marked as ready, for no one to show up. I ended up having to go inside the building after calling the Pizza Hut phone number twice and being told that someone would be out with my order within a few minutes. The receptionist had an attitude during the second phone call. I get inside and an employee says they were too busy to come outside with my order.

Go to the Pizza Hut at 4501 W Hundred if you value your time at all! Made the mistake of choosing this location and waited an hour before leaving without food. The restaurant answered the phone and hung up multiple times, so I ultimately spoke with customer service who offered a free pizza along with a refund when I hear from the manager. Another empty promise, we won’t be back. The manager Tarrin Tuck just made excuses about being short staffed and blamed customer service also for the calls answered by the restaurant, offering nothing but a pitiful apology and refund along with the excuses. Absolutely ridiculous, no excuse is sufficient for a simple order to be over an hour after the promised time and still leave empty handed.
