Been going here for over 5 years. Drive 20 miles from Canton, GA and eat same breakfast every time. It’s great. I also will be in there anywhere from 2-3 hours doing some work, drinking some coffee, etc.. Always tip waitress heavily and watch how busy it is. I’ll leave if I think I’m taking a table. Told today that ‘the boss’ (I’m not kidding) called down (down from where? This isn’t NYC??) and said to tell me I have to pay ) $25 after two hours from now on. Ok. I tipped 40% for my stay and bill and left. The tone of the message felt personal. Really scratching my head. I think the staff has too much time to gossip and reminisce and my 55 year old butt just taking care of some business wired em’ up even though 2/3 of restaurant was empty. I gotta check my cc over the last 5 years… guessing over 2k during that time. I think you can fill in the rest of the review from here. Easy going, reasonable guy and patron here. You messed this one up folks. And I understand the 2 hour thing I guess. Business must be booming when I’m not there. Moving in.

Delicious breakfast/brunch! It’s just a little cafe with red and white checkered tablecloths and a few sidewalk tables but it’s super cute and in downtown Jasper. And the food! Delicious! My family had French Toast and the Cast Iron Skillet. Everything was great and the biscuits were outstanding. They also had fresh baked goods and we got a large blueberry muffin to take for later. I saw someone’s omelet and will definitely try this next time. Our server Dixie was awesome too. She was attentive and the food came fast. Great Saturday brunch experience.

Oh my this is going to be our go to place for breakfast and maybe lunch from now on. Yum! We had the meaty quiche, cinnamon roll, French toast and chicken salad sandwich. Wonderful! Also top notch service with a very friendly down home atmosphere.

My bride and I stopped in for a delicious spice bran muffin and a cup of coffee. The muffin was absolutely delicious. The staff comes in at 3am to make these fresh! Clean spot, cool downtown Jasper vibe. Thank you again!

This is southern americana and they do a great job. Loved the quiche we had as a breakfast special and our server was attentive. Bring back the sausage gravy please !

A nice little cafe with outdoor seatings. I had the 3 cheeses omelette. Yummm and my husband had the homemade quiche. You can tell that fresh ingredients are used when taking your first bite. Decor inside and outside deck out for autumn that gives it a welcoming homely feel. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend this quaint little restaurant enough. You walk in the door and are greeted by the friendliest staff. I had the flavored coffee of the day which was delightful. I ordered the Jasper Club on rye and my husband had the Monte Cristo sandwich. Both were phenomenal! We are going back in the morning to try the breakfast. Great experience all the way around!

Outstanding homestyle breakfast. This is not a place for dieters. Expect a friendly atmosphere with great home cooked meals. The skillet special was simply awesome. It was pure eating delight piled on top of pure eating delight. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, white gravy. The homemade cinnamon rolls are the stuff of legend, but don’t be surprised if they’re out.

Repeat customer, 8:15am restaurant half empty, no wait. We were being placed at a table against a wall table, I requested a regular table and was refused. Not paying $30-$35 for breakfast and we have to sit with my shoulder against a wall. we were told the owner would not allow our request. My $$ may not be much but they lost a loyal customer.

My husband and I went to Jasper for our anniversary because we enjoy mountainous areas and this was not too far from home. We went in the carriage house both days for breakfast and charity the owner and all of her staff are so amazing and the food was delicious! So we went back the next Saturday just to have breakfast. This was my first time having eggs benedict and it was worth the second trip and an hour drive just to have breakfast but even more to see all of the precious people that work at Carriage House and the regular customers that we met on the previous weekend.
