We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I wish I could give zero stars! I sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes because I couldn’t get out the line because of cars in front and back of me. No one took anyones orders, and when I finally got to get to the window no one was in there cooking or cleaning. They were open and it was an employee car there. Never going back there again.

Me and my mama went here like a few months back , and one of the employees was outside working on his car , so he returned to work once he seen us pull up , so he took our order at the speaker and he kept getting the Order wrong like he was hard of hearing or high or something, and he was a tall young lanky guy , so we get to the window and as he is repeating the order back to my mom , she corrected him and said no that’s not what I asked for , then he caught a attitude with her and said (you just don’t know what you want) so I literally mean mugged him the whole time we was there until he gave us our food then we pulled off, he is lucky that i wasn’t the right guy , because if that was someone else, they probably would of shot him right through the window, and this is funny because i definitely had my gun on me, but I wasn’t trying to shoot nobody over no damn burgers, but of course this is the type of services you get when you go to a place of business in the ghetto dealing with black people.

Had a coupon for a free sandwich if you buy a drink, scanner not working for qr code, digits in manual code didn’t work either, no mgr able to override, no options to help me out, had to get something else, didn’t seem to care. No receipt paper for my records or to be able to do another survey, not helpful for me this trip.

This place can be weird. For some reason they are always out of things like ketchup for your fries. But then some days they are out of certain pops. It’s just a hit or miss checkers. Seems like normal to be a subpar burger shop.

Every time I come to this Checkers it is always a problem. They are rude and they lie about who their manager (Marcus) is so that you can’t report them. I don’t trust them to prepare my food because of this. You can’t complain about them. We go because it’s the only Checkers in our neighborhood.
