On 1/23/23 at 2pm went in to get a carry out pizza. Sat and waited for my order. When I got to my car and opened the pizza up due to pizza box leaking , pizza was saturated with butter and oil and cheese slid off every piece. Quality is horrible. Went back in and discussed with the lady and was told no I can’t get another one made and started helping the one only person in the lobby. Place is pathetic

Worst experience ever…will never go back. And hopefully my will do the same. Couldn’t get the order right after we told told 3 times. Her excuse was she didn’t know how to add extra veggies. Forgot our crazy bread. And her supervisor didn’t show any concern for our order. And when we wanted to speak to the manager we were told “the manager was busy”. I don’t recommend this Pizza place for anyone

Good pizza, extremely rude staff. In particular, Amber, the manager. We called in our order as we normally do, my husband and two daughters walked to Little Caesar’s because it’s right by our house. My 7 year old daughter went in with a $50 bill, our order was $15 and they refused to accept a $50 bill. I called and asked to speak to a manager because that seemed ridiculous that they wouldn’t have $35 in their cash drawer for change. Amber stated they “didn’t want to open their cash drawer” and was extremely rude about the entire situation. I hope that location will find better management soon, specifically a manager that doesn’t have the attitude of teenager with poor communication skills, and that has better training on conflict resolution.

Ordered a pizza and went and sat in my vehicle waiting for my pizza. Watched cook play with hair and phone and place 1 pizza in warmer. About 10 minutes later, pull it out place new sticker on box and sent out to me. I got a refund and must say the customer service is sorry and the manager not only useless (was not in store) but just wanted me to leave and didn’t care about business.
