10:00 a.m. on Saturday morning Got a breakfast bowl, And an order of fries. I had to wait several minutes which no big deal Not a problem with that.. My problem is when I wait that long and my french fries taste like they were cooked yesterday… They were barely warm on top for the day you went to colder they got like they literally been sitting underneath the warmer since yesterday is exactly what they tasted like I couldn’t even finish them I threw them away.. and such a contrast to the one in Poteau.

Their burgers are amazing, but the breakfast menu leaves a lot to be desired. Bland flavors. The often hyped honey butter chicken biscuits don’t live up to expectations. The cinnamon rolls taste as though they were left in a steam bath. Gummy texture. Stale Hostess cinnamon rolls have a little more flavor.

Nice to have a location in Fort Smith now. The food is great and the building is really cool. The drive thru was busy and the indoor counter had a few people in line, but I still received my order within 5 minutes.

Several people recommended Whataburger so I gave it a try. The drive thru was slow. They had me pull forward and wait for my order. I thought it would be fresh yet the burger wasn’t warm and the taste was just like any fast food burger. The price for a combo was $3-$4 higher than other fast food places nearby. Overall I wasn’t satisfied. Overpriced and overrated.

My boyfriend worked here 2 months ago and he still has not see his paycheck. For several weeks they had told him it will hit on the next payroll, and again it will hit on the next payroll. We have called on multiple occasions, and the furthest anything got was us receiving a number for payroll, who (surprise surprise ) did not answer the phone. Of course the manager gave us this number on a day that they were closed, so despite waiting until Monday when they opened, we still were not able to get through to anyone. When we brought the issue up to the store, once again they diverted us to their district manager, and told us that we had to leave our number because he didn’t want to have his number out there. Which doesn’t make sense considering the fact that it is probably the same number he would have called from anyways?? It’s been a week and we still haven’t heard from him, which doesn’t seem like a long time, but after waiting 2 months for this check, it’s beginning to add up. Honestly we probably would have just dropped it, we have before with another company, but it’s the principle of things at this point. I know this isn’t a food review, but maybe it will help people make a better decision before working here. We have decided to call the Labor Board instead. Because it seems that whoever is running this franchise has deemed us unimportant.
