Horrible service! The last 3 times we have ordered from this location they have either given our order to someone else, or gave us someone else’s order. Tonight we ordered online, waited 35 minutes BEYOND the time the order was supposed to be ready, and ended up leaving empty handed! This is beyond issues of being busy and short staffed. It is poorly managed. Never again!

Soooo disappointed! We ordered ahead of time and when we got to the store, our pizzas were gone. They gave them to someone else on accident. So I had to wait over 15 minutes for the girl to call her manager and then ring me up, and make them! No real apology for the mistake and no real way to show they felt bad messing up. No discount, no anything! Called ahead and then waited. I understand a mistake, but take real ownership for it! We love the pizzas, but not worth the frustration. I will NOT come back!

Great food but really bad help. Cashier was extremely rude to a customer who was upset after an order that was supposed to take 10 minutes took well over 40 minutes. There was a similar issue with my order (an online order) that wasn’t even started after I showed up 40 minutes after placing the order. No apologies or I’m sorry it’s taking so long from any of the help. Will not return.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. Been a while since we’ve been there. Not sure if going back. 3 employees in store. Called in order which did not go well on phone. Get there and she only had taken half my order, so we ended up waiting while they tried to figure things out and make second family size pizza. No apology, just confusion. Staff were all flustered even tho only 2 of us in store, and another woman took my order; but got wrong again. Sent me home with wrong pizza. Crust was awful and too much. Young woman just left to go to bathroom in middle of making our pizza and other one, disgusted completed the order huffing and puffing. Pizza crust got way too dark before pizza was cooked. Soggy middle, and too done on edges. Prices have gone up too. Very disappointed overall.

Love Papa Murphys. Long time customer. Only had one bad customer service experience with a cashier named Brittany. I asked for their specialty chicken garlic pizza for take out. Since I did not say “signature garlic chicken pizza” she was rude and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She gave me a hard time about ordering 30 minutes before they close. Disappointed.
