I drove 15 minutes to get something to eat for the family, it was 11pm the website says it closes at 12am. I decided to give them a call when I went to the drive thru, but the customer service was so rude he decided to hang the phone up because I asked if they were open and what the location was. I got to understand that people were ordering their food online because I waited to see why the guy ended the call so rudely. At least have the decency to have good customer service. This is why a lot of places have bad reviews because of the lack of communication. If he had communicated that look I had to order online I would’ve gotten the drift.

Idk but if it’s anything like the taco bell that’s literally the same building , same kitchen id say NOPE. the food i got there once was not even edible and I have no reason to lie because all I wanted was food that wasn’t cold and was edible not old dry and cold. Got chicken here yesterday and I have to say it was probably one of the greasiest buckets of chicken I have ever had in my life. Service was below average. Also got some tacos here. There was absolutely no sauces out for the tacos. Not sure if I will come back to this establishment again.

So I went to this kfc, waited int the drive thru forever. Got to the window and the ran out of original. So I got down to the airport because I’m a lyft driver and I opened my potato’s and was like um ok. The container was almost empty. They also didn’t give me my cookie with my meal. Ugh
