My niece is vegetarian and we love to check out options in Kansas City for people who prefer plant-based meals. If you enjoy plant-based meals, I highly recommend that you try The Fix! It’s an open space with brightly colored, art and unusual seating. You can tell the building has been renovated and remnants of the past are evident everywhere. You go to the counter to order and pay, and they will let you know when your order is ready. In the meantime, you can walk over to the water station and pick up your silverware and napkins. There’s plenty to look at in this restaurant, including a steady stream of people coming in and out. Our meal was so pleasant. My niece had a burger with fries, and I had an amazing quiche, both of which filled us contently, but did not overwhelm us with heaviness. It was perfect nourishment without the need to go take a nap! Please give these guys a try! I don’t know the owners or even anyone who works here, but I do know that Kansas City needs wonderful restaurants like this for people who prefer plants instead of meat. Thanks, The Fix, see you again soon!

An absolute vegan gem in Kansas City, The Fix! never fails to impress. The culinary creations are consistently outstanding and inventive. Sav and her team excel in crafting a menu that’s both exciting and bursting with flavors. The Popper Burger left me in awe – substantial, satisfying, and incredibly tasty. The Jamaica tea has become a personal favorite, a must-have whenever I visit. With an array of brunch choices, you simply can’t make a wrong decision here. It’s undoubtedly a vegan paradise.

Stopped in to get lunch on my break. Was amazed by the food options available. Got the crunchwrap. Definitely was way better than the taco bell version. All vegan options, which was my initial appeal and was not disappointed.

Always look forward to eating here! I’ve gotten something new every time and it never disappoints. The burger and fries combo is a staple! Best paprika mayo. Love the plant-based and gluten-free options!

You don’t have to be vegan to love this place! Friendly staff and amazing food; I have been several times and always have a great experience! Supporting a LOCAL small business is the cherry on top.

This place has a great vibe for a chill space. The food was very large portion sizes, so come hungry and know that it is super flavorful too. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the best part is everything is vegan, but many people could be fooled, so it’s a great place for new vegans or meatless Mondays for some curious omnivores.

I expected to order biscuits and gravy today, unfortunately I forgot those are only served on weekends. I instead ordered the deep fried breakfast burrito and it was great as always, 9.5/10 but only because of the cilantro. We also ordered a couple burgers and the portabello+impossible tacos, 10/10 as usual. As pleasant a hole-in-the-wall as it looks, the food and personalities are faultless.

Chill atmosphere with local art displayed (and available for purchase, I believe). There’s a free parking lot catty-corner from the restaurant! No clue if this is helpful or not, but parking is never free in STL so this was exciting. Haha
