the worst dq ever. Says you can order online but you can’t. Then you can’t customize anything at all. They don’t let you out your own anything for blizzards it’s not a dq I ever will be back to I legit drive 25 min to get here and then legit walked out with a water and small Oreo blizzard. With it being in a small town you think they would want people to come back.

I stopped in at DQ 2 different times on 04/13/23 both times I greeted and taken care of by a young man with blonde hair and glasses (I forgot to ask his name) he was very pleasant and had GREAT customer service skills!! It was so nice to see such a young person being very professional and friendly!

I’m a truck driver and stopped here because of the wide shoulder. I was Unaware that the dining area was not open to the public as they were remodeling inside. As I was Walking up a woman opened the front door and told me to come in that entrance. As I approached she told me the inside wasn’t open but she was going to serve me because I was In my big rig. She walked me thru and I placed My order which embarrassing enough I was Short $2 which she then covered. This woman’s name is Carmen! She was great. I appreciate Her courtesy and her warm welcome. As a truck driver we don’t always get treated nicely. So thank you Carmen you made my day. Happy new year to you and all the employees of this Dairy Queen!
