We had a nice celebration dinner, three item bento was a lot of food. Everything was tasty and priced appropriately except the salmon nigiri which was a miss… not as delicious as I’ve had in same area and price range. Service was quick but flustered by a full house, we went on Saturday so that comes with the time slot. Would try again after trying another location.

Fresh food and quick service. Good amount of vegan options. I got the Hashi Vegan Roll and it was amazing!! My family got the dinner bento box, spider roll, and a salmon avocado roll. All were very good.

I loved this place!! The only thing I didn’t like that much was that we had to wait for 30 minutes for a seat…after trying their rolls, I understood why XD it’s delicious and affordable, simply the perfect combination

Very yummy! Went to the soft opening tonight, we didn’t have a reservation so we couldn’t sit at a table but the bar is open space so we sat there. Prompt service and we were welcomed with a traditional greeting from the sushi chef. First was salad, the mango salad dressing was a first for us and it was great, we don’t usually eat the salad. The combo tempura was tasty, and our rolls were awesome, so scrumptious. We ordered the New California roll and Lion King roll. Holy Cow, the chicken teriyaki was the best we have ever had in Alameda so far. It actually tasted grilled and not just boiled. We will definitely go back

They could easily be the best sushi restaurant in Alameda and probably will soon compete for the best in the best bay. Offers Omakase and daily fish specials. Bento Nigiri Box is a unique menu item that I love for the kids. 2 sushi chefs were able to keep up with a full restaurant. Kitchen items like stir fried ramen and tempura are also amazing. The only criticism I have is the dining chairs could be upgraded. Otherwise, still deserving of 5 stars. Will definitely be coming back.

Has been my go to sushi spot for several months now. 5 stars strictly due to the takoyaki, agedashi tofu, sashimi including uni, and the omakase sashimi/omakase nigiri. Real wasabi is served here with certain menu items or for an additional cost on the side. The restaurant is super clean and the setting is beautifully modern.

Ordered 4 Omakase for the Xmas’ Eve dinner. The sashimi & nigiri are so fresh. We love it. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This sushi spot is a chill vibe with a delightful menu and wonderful staff. We got the Omakase Nigiri platter and each bit was more wonderful than the last. The fresh oysters were on point, whatever sauce they put on them they need to bottle it and sell it. – Bouns, open pretty late!

Definitely one of the hottest places in Alameda. We got there at 445pm when they opened and by 6pm, it was packed. That made us covid uncomfortable but we choose a table next to the wall and kept our masks on when not actively eating.
