My take out order was wrong, it was frustrating because I drove all the at home to find out it was incorrect. But accidents happen, workers are human. What I REALLY appreciated was how much they cared. It’s been my experience lately from other restaurants that when things are wrong there is little to no concern. This manager and team were very apologetic and offered a free dessert. The food was great, service was even better.

Had an online order that I placed using the app. It set for 7:14 but showed up early just in case it would be done earlier but no rush. I let them know I was early so take their time. The line was huge! And every employee was working hard. The front person was being apologetic but it was not a problem. When they got the food to me, guess what it was 7:14 and he was still apologizing to me. I let him know it was okay they were busy.

We had a huge order and one of them was gluten free. They were conscious of the gluten free and had a separate person wash their hands and then prepare the food. They were so sweet and understanding of our order despite the chaos of a huge order. We have been to many costa vidas, but this is by far our favorite. THANK YOU!!

I very rarely leave reviews on chain restaurants but I was so impressed with the staff here! Omar was so extremely patient with me even at a very busy time.
