My love towards KFC made me twice to go at Clairton Rd KFC even though my wife said NO. Both experiences were bad. Come on people how do you guys surviving by selling awful food with so much salty and not freshly made items. The fries were tasteless, hard and crispy less meaning cold. The popcorn chickens and fried chicken were old and nasty. I hope owner of this franchise might be seeing these comments and may improve in his rest of the life before KFC can take their ownership.. I wasted my money and time, not sure if I go again in any other KFC in my life.. !!

We ordered 8 piece meal which came with 4 biscuits and 2 large sides. We got the mashed potatoes and gravy and the macaroni and cheese. Ordered at drive thru, paid and received food within 5 minutes!! Polite and pleasant guy at window. Food was very good and hot!

Paid over $10 for a 3 piece meal that was really bad around 4:30pm today. Went thru the drive through. Chicken was dried out like it had been sitting out all day. Biscuit went right into the trash – was hard as a rock. If I lived closer I’d have driven right back for a refund.

My experience here was one that I’ve never before encountered. I pulled up to the drive through to get a quick bite before my brothers graduation ceremony. I get to the intercom and the staff was very rude. I asked for the price of items and the staff replied in a very sharp and condescending tone “ our prices are listed” I reply okay “how much will 2 sliders with fries and a drink be” she replied again “our prices ate listed” I said “ I don’t think what I’m asking for is an actual meal and your prices are kind of small and I can barely see them so I’m asking you for a price because if it makes more sense to purchase a meal Ill do that I’m just trying to satisfy my hunger with a quick choice” she replied again “our prices are listed” I then say “okay you clearly don’t want to take my order or help me out” and I left.
