We had 5:30 reservations. We wanted to sit in the main dining room and order off the regular menu and NOT have the hibachi meals cooked right in front of us. We had tickets to an event after dinner. The hostess said it would be a while before they could get to us in that dining room and we would get served faster if we ate at the hibachi table. So she took us to a hibachi table. We arrived and were seated before the people at the next table but then they put other people at our table. The next table was served first. We got our drinks , soup and salad after a little while but the chef did not come to our table to even start cooking until 6:40, so we had been there 1 hour and 10 minutes already. We left at 7:22 and were late to our event Downtown. When we first arrived, a chef in the other room was incredibly loud in his entertaining, so we could not even hear each other to talk. It seemed like the people at his table were enjoying him though. The food was good and our chef was nice and entertaining though. The floor going in between the 2 rooms was very slippery and everyone in our party noticed it. We will not return due to the incredibly loud atmosphere, the slippery floor and the really long wait for food.

Good food can be a little salty though, service is good, nice time there and it’s a nice little show too, worth a visit if you have never been, the menu has good options to pick from plus for those who need it for a good time

My son and I just left this restaurant. The food was very tasty. I had no idea the meals came with shrimp, I am allergic, so I informed the waitress. She takes my food back ro the chef. Let’s keep in mind, they are literally right behind me. She tells him I am allergic. He asked if he was to repare the entire meal again. She tells him no. Just the veggies and Salmon. The food looked good on return but guess what my chicken was cold. I didn’t trip to bad because the rest of my meal was hot. I spoke to the manager who was barely paying attention, so I just wanted to drop a line. My last meal before my son goes back to school and we get the clown show.

Dined in with a party of 4. We were seated immediately, got our drinks and gave our orders. 20 minutes later they decided to add 4 more people to our table. Took over 25 minutes for them to order so it’s now been 45 minutes and we still have not eaten a thing. No salad or soup. We approached a manager and they offered to take our drinks off our tab. Mind you another group had walked in and were eating by time we got our salads. Cook comes out as we received our salads… The cook was absolutely phenomenal and made us happy!!! Received our checks with every drink on them and no discount what so ever. Highly highly dissatisfied. We will not be returning.

This place used to be a lot better. They cut their menu in half. They stopped selling sushi. The place looks run down. Bathrooms were filthy. I thought they were closed when I walked in.

literally the absolute worst service i have ever had. we were seated at 7:40, ordered our drinks and meals. at 8, they seated another four guests at our table, whatever no big deal. they ordered their drinks and food. a table of 7 was seated next to us 10 minutes later. at 815 that table received their soup and salad, we still haven’t. by 820, their chef was there. someone at my table went upfront to speak to someone, they looked at us and walked away. we went up front a second time, it is now 825 and we our finally just getting our salads. the woman apologized and guaranteed a round of drinks would be given to us. on a positive note, our chef was PHENOMENAL, and made a bad experience much better. by the time our bills came, no drinks were taken off our tabs, and no discount was added. if i could, i would give 0 stars.

At first glance I was skeptical about this place, seemed a bit older, not as nice looking as I expected but my coworker and I decided to try it anyway. Ordered the Choice of Three Meats lunch special and got NY Steak, Teriyaki chicken and the Shark Steak and my coworker did the Teriyaki chicken, Pineapple Chicken and the Shark Steak also. Food was great, and very filling, portion was pretty large between the meats, the fried rice and Vegetables. Lunch also came with a soup or salad, coworker got the salad, I got the soup, both were tasty.
