I only ordered a drink, but I still took away one star. This is to reflect the fact that I sat for quite a while as an employee covering the end of the food line walked around, talked to other employees, stared into space and generally showed lack of interest. When she finally noticed what she’d done, she only moved the drink to another counter and told the person in charge of the window it was there. They rushed up to give it to me and were embarrassed about it.
