Now I remember why I don’t eat at this Pizza Hut! This store definitely still need’s help! This is my last time ordering from this location for some reason they do not know how to follow directions when it comes to making pizza! I ordered a large meat pizza with stuff crust! I got a medium pizza thin crust and no pepperoni with a bunch of grease floating on top! And on top of that they never answer the phone every call goes threw a call center and they forward your call to the store and they don’t pick up!

I ordered for curbside delivery and waited for 10min before deciding to just go in and the employees were just chatting away. Then the pizza looked like it was mashed together and thrown into the box. It wasn’t even cut!

This Pizza Hut is constantly out of most food items. They tend to close an hour or two early on the weekends, when they’re supposed to close at 12 midnight. Charlotte businesses aren’t classy or respectful anymore. Lol even Pizza Hut can’t give decent customer service or hire decent people.

No pizza sauce on the pizza and missed the one topping that I ordered on it. It basically was a medium cheese stick. Gave me cheese sticks instead of bread sticks. Boneless buffalo wings had wrong sauce and were overcooked to the point I couldn’t eat them.

I spent my last today on some bread sticks and cheese sticks. And it wasn’t done, cheese smelled old and the bread sticks was hard as hell. And when I called them they kept me on hold for 40 minutes smh

This location doesn’t care about quality of food or service. It has a bunch of lazy kids that aren’t trained properly on consistency. I’m very disappointed and will never return. My food once again was wrong and did not look edible. They need new employees that care.

A picture is worth a thousand words. I actually am not too mad that they forgot to put cheese on half of the pizza because I didn’t want much anyway. And it’s still pretty good. But check your pizzas before you drive off, people! Lol
