I truly loved this place until the nights ago when I got delivery. They never delivered $10 worth of my order and will not refund me. They have stolen money from me. This place has great food, but be ready for them to lie and steal from you. Very disappointed.

16” Handtossed Bronx Bomber(meat lovers) and 6 medium wings $33.64 with tax. Wings were the reason we did not give 1 star. The wings tasted decent even though they do not come with any buffalo sauce. Pizza was very under cooked and had slimy dough in the center. Disappointing as this was our first time trying this place. I had to cook pizza longer in my own oven however still was a little better but still undercooked.

Well to make a long story short, Gus’s New York Pizza was nothing short of amazing. In my humble opinion it is a very good representation of great New York style pizza. They have five sizes that will suit whatever size party you need. We usually pick the King Kong size with pepperoni and spinach. The King Kong is one size smaller than the biggest size, which you will need a truck bed to accommodate how huge it really is. The taste is what I think of when I need a great New York style pizza which to me is a great thin crust, exceptional toppings and mouthwatering appeal. They have all these in abundance. If you need a pizza fit for a king then go and enjoy!!! Go now!!!

Got the 32″ pizza. pizza was burnt didn’t look like the pictures. Little to no cheese on the slices lots of bubbles. Music was cursing the whole time. Not KID friendly. Going to Give to my dog honestly. WORST PIZZA EVER. Also we ordered it 30 minutes prior to picking it up when we got there they said it would be another 30 minutes. Long wait. That was the whole point of ordering it ahead of time so wr didn’t have to wait. Go to the one on McDowell in goodyear

Ordered a pizza on website after googling restaurant. Trying to order from Goodyear. I didn’t know there were other stores. The order went to the Phoenix store. The associate I spoke with said they would refund but I had to go through ‘Slice’ the 3rd party that I used to order. (I was unaware that I was using a third party). After spending over an hour dealing with 3 different associates trying to get number to call Slice, I was finally helped by the Goodyear manager (from whom I bought my repeated order). While on phone with Slice I was told the manager (Robert) at the Phoenix Gus’ refused to refund me for the misdirected order. (That he probably ate!)
