Used to be my favorite Chinese place, not sure what happened. Got pork dumplings, chicken lo mein, and general tsos with fried rice. The general tsos was red? The fried rice was just orange rice, no vegetables or egg (pictures attached). Lo mein was bland, the dumplings were the only thing I throughly enjoyed. Giving 3 stars because it was at least edible, just not worth the $40 I paid.

Love it. Very quaint and welcoming atmosphere. My best friend used to dine here in the 90s with her grandparents and was always a favorite ❤️ Last year, we decided to make Chan’s Tea House an annual tradition every year when she visits from out out of town. Delicious food and wonderful service. The Bubble Tea is such a bonus!! We will return.

I feel sorry for anyone who thinks this is actually good Chinese.. get out more please! This has to be the worst Chinese I’ve eaten in my life. The general tso and sesame chicken were the size of fist. Some may like that , I don’t. Looks and taste weird! Best thing I ate was the chicken egg roll . If you want good food avoid this place by any means!

Chans has been my favorite go to for years now. Their general Tso’s chicken is in my opinion the best around. I believe ownership has changed in recent years (not 100% sure) but even after my more recent times there I was still very happy with the experience. The staff is also always very polite & courteous. And the dining area has a great relaxing atmosphere. I’ve taken friends, family, & dates here lol. All around a great place.

Man o man. How is this place surviving? Tasteless lo mein.. the fried rice was steamed lol. The beef is very chewy and old . They have the biggest chunks of general tso’s know to man and it doesn’t taste like chicken in my opinion. The chicken on the stick is basically fat on a stick. The beef teriyaki sticks are VERY chewy a tire may tase better. If you have to eat somewhere in west view I’d avoid this place by all means.
