Normally it is a great experience. This time they left something out and when we went back through drive thru to get it they were very unprofessional and extremely rude which pushed me to do the same. When this happens a simple pull up front and we will bring it to you since it was their mistake. Instead we were repeatedly rudely told to pull up to the window even after trying to explain we were but there were cars in front of us. Teach your employees better and how to be more clear.

This was seemingly the most disrespectful and unpleasant experiences. Not only was the cashier extremely rude and sarcastic, on a simple order. I order the same thing anytime I eat here asking for no cabbage with my side of noodles. I now have more cabbage than an actual side of noodles. And when coming back around and informing the cashier of the situation. I am told I can’t be helped.
