We unknowingly went on their first day open since the flood. They had been closed for 6 weeks. The staff and customers were all elated. It was a very happy and festive atmosphere. Our server Amy was great. The food came out in a surprisingly reasonable time considering how many dishes were ordered in front of us. The food was delicious. The Nashville Hot sandwich was spot on. The turkey BLT was delicious with roasted turkey instead of the standard fare deli slice style. Great drink choices. We also really appreciated the details on all the fry substitution choices and how much they each cost. Other restaurants should take note of this. Usually the up charge is a surprise at the end on the bill or when we try to be proactive and ask, the server rarely knows. Bravo, CK!. We are looking forward to going back.

We came here before the Alan Doyle show since it was across the street from the venue. Great tap selection and good food! The swordfish tacos are a must, since the fish was cooked to perfection and the Chipotle aioli was great. My burger was decent but nothing to rave about.

Absolutely amazing. Best food we’ve had since moving to Barre from New Orleans. Salmon and flank steak were both wonderful and the mashed potato base with both was perfect in both consistently and flavor. The tator tots in the appetizer were evenly crispy and far better than I expected.

Had a wonderful meal tonight. The beet salad and salmon add on was delicious. My husband was very happy with the marinated steak tips. We thoroughly enjoyed our delightful wait person Paulina. She was engaging and looked after our needs very well. Consider this restaurant when in the area ~

Went there for dinner tonight, expecting standard pub food, but I was so wrong! The chef is kicking it out of the park! The fried pickles, best I’ve ever had. Steak tips, delicious. I had the fish and chips, best I’ve ever had.

Over promising and under delivering. Unfortunately our experience with the food wasn’t great. The pictures look great and we came because the burgers looked really good. However, the rare burger we ordered came seriously overcooked, more than the other burger we had ordered as medium/well done. That made the timings all off as the took the burger back to cook another one, and anyway, when it came, this time cooked rare, it was bland, the meat lacked seasoning. Also, the Mac and cheese with bacon was wayyyy too sweet, and the tater tots very salty! All in all the food wasn’t great.

The food could be better if you weren’t forced to eat the sides that automatically come with the entrées. The cocktails were good. The seating at the bar is cramped, and the small high tables make eating awkward. The servers seemed distracted and disinterested in engaging with us, which made for an underwhelming experience that I won’t repeat.
